SPAN 100C - Intermediate Grammar and Composition for Students in Communication-related Fields
Intermediate Grammar and Composition for Students in Communication-related Fields is a content-based course aimed to develop communication skills through a focus on mass media in Hispanic culture. This online course is a perfect match for double majors in Spanish and Media (Advertising/Public Relations, Media Studies, Journalism, etc). This course is restriced to students who are Communication majors or pre-majors.
In Intermediate Grammar and Composition for Students in Communication-related Fields you will:
- Interpret products of mass-media in Spanish.
- Create basic products for mass-media in Spanish.
- Learn (in Spanish) the functions and structures of different formats and genres in journalism, advertising and entertainment.
- Learn the vocabulary, grammar and expressions in Spanish used in the media environment.
- Expand your knowledge of the Hispanic world (especially, the media environment of the Hispanic world).
